How do I buy a product?
Open a clip, tap the featured product, and complete checkout. Payments are secured by Stripe.
How long does shipping take?
5–14 business days in Romania, depending on the seller. Details are shown on the product page.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Go to Your Account → Orders → pick the order and tap "Request return".
How do I become a creator/seller?
Visit the Become a Creator or Become a Seller page and fill out the form. Our team replies within 48h.
Are payments safe?
All payments go through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Swypik never stores your card details.
